Does a career on the road appeal to you? Become a Truck Driver!
If you want a Class 1 Commercial Licence, you must spend a minimum of 121.5 hours in training and pass a vigorous Class 1 Road Test. This program includes classroom, yard, and on-the-road instruction. You’ll learn basic driving techniques, professional driving habits, how to use air brakes, and more.
When you complete this program, you’ll be prepared to attempt the Class 1 Road Test.
This program is approximately 4 weeks long.
You must be 18 years of age or older, medically fit and have a Valid Driver’s Licence and 1A Learner’s Permit.
