Transcripts

When you apply to a Carlton Trail College post-secondary program, you must arrange for your official high school or post-secondary transcript to be sent to our Admissions team.

An official transcript is a detailed record containing a summary of a students’ academic activities, including a listing of all courses and grades received. It is typically provided in a secure, electronic format.

Your official transcript must be sent directly to Carlton Trail College from the institution or organization that maintains this official record.

If needed, current Carlton Trail College students may request an unofficial transcript or statement of marks to provide to another post-secondary institution, an employer or other organization.

Current/Former High School or Adult Basic Education Students

Saskatchewan high school and Adult 12 transcripts can be requested electronically through the Ministry of Education.

When you make an electronic transcript request, the College receives your transcript of interim or final grades within 2-3 business days.

Sometimes, an unofficial transcript or preliminary statement of high school marks may be requested to help determine placement into a program. This can be requested from your current school.
